By addressing these issues, we aim to protect human rights, improve working conditions, prevent violations of laws and ethical codes, and enhance satisfaction.
We are committed to resolving matters submitted through the reporting channel as quickly as possible.

Issues
  • Improper requests or acceptance of gifts, entertainment, hospitality, or conveniences by employees, or any job-related unfair profit-making activities including breach of trust
  • Unauthorized use of company property by employees
  • Employees providing preferential treatment to business partners due to personal relationships
  • Employees leaking or attempting to leak trade secrets
  • Workplace harassment including inappropriate language/behavior, verbal abuse, or sexual harassment that violates the Workplace Harassment Prevention Act
  • Document/numerical manipulation and false reporting by employees
  • Other unethical behaviors that violate the code of ethics
Principles for
Protecting Whistleblowers
  • Direct receipt and notification of results by the Audit Team
  • Strict confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and report contents upon request
  • Prohibition of status-related disadvantages or discrimination due to legitimate reporting
  • Right to request correction and protection if disadvantaged due to reporting, with a promise to take all measures to minimize disadvantages
  • Equal protection for those who cooperate with investigations through statements or providing materials
  • Possibility of mitigation of sanctions for those involved in illegal or unethical acts who voluntarily report such acts
